BUYER BEWARE- I ordered this eczema balm and was shocked to discover that the website listed almond oil only by its scientific name rather than plainly identifying it as almond oil. As someone with an almond allergy, that is a serious safety concern. Fortunately, when the product arrived, I carefully checked the ingredients label on the packaging and saw that it clearly listed almond oil. Because of that, I avoided what could have been a dangerous allergic reaction. After contacting customer service, Froya agreed to cancel my subscription and provide a return label, but this has been a completely unnecessary hassle. The company should be transparent and upfront about ingredients on its website, especially common allergens. If a key ingredient like almond oil is not clearly disclosed in plain language online, it makes me wonder what else is not being communicated clearly. Trust is essential when purchasing products that are applied to the skin, and this experience has left me with little confidence in the company.

I have used this product for a couple weeks, and it seems to be helping for psoriasis. But I have mostly used it twice a day and I bet it would work better three times a day. It would be really helpful to also have this product offered in a small travel size. The jar is too big and heavy to put in my purse and have at the office. If it was a lotion it would be easy enough to put some in another container. But with a salve, it would be really helpful if you offered it in a small travel size.

I am loving the Froya organic products! I am one month in and no eczema after using their itchy skin balm. My skin can be so reactive so it's great to get something that is pure and really helps the condition of my skin. I also order the mature skin set which is already having effects after a month. My skin is happier and the ingredients feel very nourishing. I like the balms but if you are used to a cream this is much different. Your skin will feel a bit greasier when you put them on but it soon sinks in and they give you a nice glow. You don't need much - watch their video on how to apply. The set will last me around 8 weeks using a small finger tip amount every time I apply. Take care to cover your pillows as the balms are potent and orange coloured. Overall a great experience. Customer services have been very helpful with a few queries I had re putting both subscription into one and helping me reduce delivery costs. I will happily be continuing and hoping the long term results will be good as it certainly seems to be working so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
