"Instant" is no joke! I did not take a before pic, but I am 36 with constant hormonal cystic acne on my chin. I never don't have ruptures on my chin. I have only used this for 3 days, and what were previously painful cysts filled with oil and scabbed over, have now completely flattened and the scabs have healed. The only thing that remains is the scarring, which I am confident that with use over time will diminish. I rarely leave reviews as nothing has ever worked. I have been struggling with acne and bumps on my face since I was ten years old, so I have tried a lot of things- from products, to medications, to diet changes. Some things have worked better than others but the results are temporary. So far, this balm seems to be working pretty well! Not all of my bumps are gone, but I haven’t noticed any new breakouts. This does nothing for my rosacea but I put it on overnight and my skin is smooth and feels saturated the next morning. Tiny pot, takes ages to arrive. Not convinced I’ll buy again but I’ll see how long the pot lasts!

This product is amazing! I have rosacea and some hormonal acne. I saw results within a couple days! My skin looks so much better. I also let my 11 year old daughter use it for her acne. She has seen great results as well. She is no longer embarrassed by her skin. You only need to use a little and it absorbs really well. I will continue to use this product!

No visible effect after a year of religioususe. I regret not getting money back at the beginning. It's like yellow Vaseline and not much different from the night time anti-wrinkle version. I had no skin reaction when first started using it, so compatible with sensitive skin.
Just strange…smell, color and consistency
I was worried at first it woulndt work for my sensitive skin. I did a patch test with no irritation and then applied on my face. The product does well for my skin and created a glow with my breakout fading. I would highly recommend
