I consider myself a conscious consumer and when I wanted to try this I was conservative and just purchased the night balm. After a couple of weeks adoring that, I added to my collection, the day balm and the eye balm. I can honestly say that it is a rarity to love a product so much that you are scraping every last drop even when you have plenty in stock. That’s love.
I use this brand for around 3 weeks now, and I absolutely love their products. My favourite is their night balm, in the morning you’ll wake up with such glow and softness, you won’t believe it! If you’re afraid of the day balm because of the colour, don’t be. As they say a little goes a long way, and it’ll blend in! I also got the redness and acne, and I can see improvement during these 3 weeks, though I love all the other balms so much, that I apply it too little🤭 My skin is incredibly sensitive, especially after I gave birth, but I can tell they work. I was privileged enough to be able to try more expensive products, but I can tell Nothing compares to Froya! Thanks a million! And will be back for more!

Love the results - but it is so gritty and grainy making it uncomfortable and cumbersome to apply to try and pick out the grit and grain. Don't know what it is in there... but it isn't mixed up or something...

OK, this stuff is *amazing.* I started using it and I was really happy with the results but at the time my skin was already in pretty good condition. My wrinkles were minimal at that point. I was being proactive. Then I officially hit menopause and things changed. LOL. But with daily use, I still looked great. Then I went away for a week and forgot my Froya at home :( It was during the bitter arctic cold in the northeast where we didn’t get much above zero. It looked like I aged 20 years in a couple of days. I used what moisturizer I had with me to at least give my skin some sort of help, but it didn’t work very well. I got home late at night and I immediately put my Froya on as I was getting ready for bed. The next morning, I was completely back to normal. I couldn’t believe how fast it worked. There was one tiny spot on my neck that still had a few wrinkles. And honestly, I probably missed that spot because I was in such a rush to put on my balm. I bought an extra jar to keep in my travel bag so I never forget it again. Highly recommend, love that it’s organic, and will never go without it!

I gave 3 stars so far because im 50/50 on it right now. Its seems to be a high end product and i have not seen any progress but only been using a few days. It doesnt completely soak into the skin so it has kind of an oily finish which im not crazy about but i will continue to use it and come back later with hopefully more progress!

Regular skincare lotions weren’t doing the trick anymore. My skin, especially my neck, looked so dull and dried out no matter how much I slathered on. While researching I came across Froya. I decided to give the night balm a try. The hydration was almost immediate and after about 3-4mo I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. My skin looks/feels soft and hydrated. It’s definitely softened the deeper lines in my forehead and neck. It does take getting used to and I was a bit heavy handed at first but you don’t need a lot. Not gonna lie, it doesn’t smell great out of the jar but it does dissipate pretty quickly after putting on. Now that I’ve used up product I already have I’ve added the day and eye balm to my routine.
This delivered to a hotel in a totally different state, despite my updates and feacjing out to customer service. I dont know how to resolve, but they are asking me to submit a claim for a product i did not receive but paid for. Their customer service is incredibly disappointing.
I don’t know if it works because it is very greasy and didn’t soak in.

Very irritated skin after using the first night. Had to get up and cleanse my face during the night to remove the balm. The irritation cleared after a day or so. I have sensitive skin so perhaps im the exception to norm. Im editing this review to say the return process is an endless conversation with AI and ive been repeatedly asked to provide photographs of the reaction i had a week ago. Im unwilling to use the balm again in order to provide proof of a reaction. I have a dozen e mails and messages and am no farther forward. Customer support is as irritating as the product. Further to soeaking with customer service im told i can only get a refund if i continue to use the product for a week despite having an alergic reaction to it. If i dont use it for the full period im ineligible for refund. Ive said this is medically irresponsible particularly as theyve not requested health infirmation about autoimmunities or MCAS, for instance. They have offered a 60% refund.

I recieved my product all leaky and sticky :( it was delivered to my parcel instead of front door by the time i got to it my product my package was hot from being hours in the parcel locker. Such a shame because i was so excited i hope it the product still works…

Firstly, I will speak about the product. I was very impressed with the quality. It is thick in form and for sure a little goes a long way. The day balm I did find a little orange for my skin as I have Irish porcelain skin but I mixed a little with my usual coconut oil and it’s perfect together… has definitely elevated my morning skincare routine. The night balm also fab and you can even feel how emollient it is as soon as you apply it to your skin. The same with the day balm also, actually. But the day balm is for sure a thicker substance than the night balm which is also why I mix it up. I notice an instance improvement in the appearance of my skin texture and fine lines as soon as I apply both of these products. I can now understand the hype with this product. Also, natural ingredients in my skincare is a non-negotiable for me and this brand ticks that box. I would just like to add that I am so impressed and grateful for the lovely experience I had with their customer service team. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with such personable, understanding and compassionate ‘humans’ on the other end, who were dealing with my request. Thank you.
