I never write negative reviews, however, in this case the review is actually about Froya Organics responsiveness, or lack thereof, to issues and not the products, which I love! Please see photos. I reached to support regarding a bottle of shampoo that had leaked out almost all of the shampoo. The packaging was soaked in shampoo and the shipping envelope interior was covered in shampoo. No response whatsoever. Pathetic.
Within a week I can already see & feel the difference. My hair is typically really dry & frizzy this time of year. I spend a lot of time outdoors everyday and the summer heat (triple digits) can do a number on my hair. Very happy with this product! A little goes a long way.
My hair has never been so soft and so easily manegeable. I thought it was due to ageing that it did not look so good anymore. My hair was very thick and unruly. Now it looks super 😀 and easy to remodel. Also less scalp irritation Thx Frøya 💝
After almost 2 years of flaky scalp, it is almost gone in a week. I had a bad skin yeast reaction almost 2 years ago. After it left my body it migrated to my scalp. Itchy, flaky, sometimes runny nastiness. I felt like I was living in a snow globe all the time. I tried medication, supplements, shampoos, oils, red light, and everything advertised online. Nothing worked! I have used the face products and love them so I gave the shampoo a whirl. I kid you not, after one use the flakes were almost gone. No more itchy scalp and snow storm when be wind blew. I use the scalp oil at times between washings. I have super thick long hair and found it awesome that I didn’t have to use conditioner to comb my hair out. The shampoo did the trick. I think I found my scalp miracle, freedom from snow storm flakes is an awesome feeling.

My hair felt dry but strangely my scalp itched less. Ive only used it twice so may hoping my hair feels better with more use.
The product left my hair a little sticky and weighted down. Customer care have not been very helpful regards a refund for unused items I returned and have basically left me to sort it out with a paypal dispute. I very disappointed in the customer care response and will not be using this company again despite liking the skincare products.

I tried this face moisturizer on a trial basis. I used every bit of it. Then went back to my old moisturizer & let me tell you I hated it!!!! Your moisturizer spoiled in a way I never knew I needed!!! I have just signed back up for the auto ship. I tried the shampoo too, but that dried my hair out to badly. Sad, but the moisturizer is the best thing I've ever use in my 50+ years!!!!!!
I have been so surprised by the results of using these skin and hair products after only 4 weeks. I notice visible changes in my skin texture, sun damage and wrinkles. The eye cream has made visible difference in my crepey eye lid skin and crows feet. I LOVE beauty products and have tried most things on the market, and this is the first time in years my skincare routine is only two products. I have been skipping foundation recently as my skin is glowing and more even. The rosemary shampoo and spray has also helped my itchy flaky scalp and I am seeing new hair growth and visible improvement to the thinning I've been experiencing.

Damaged in shipping
I'm loving the products so far, you really have to use a little of the day cream otherwise it is a little yellow. The company seem to be very well invested and I'm looking to carry on with them. Shampoo is also very good too!!!

Seems to be helping my hair along with the shampoo - but am having trouble understanding how to use the hair oil - even a little makes my hair “dirty’ so I use only before washing - is it supposed to go on only where hair might be thinning?

I’ve received my second bottle of Froya’s shampoo, and so far I love seeing the improvements in my scalp and hair. My hair looks healthier than before and has a lovely shine. My scalp feels cleaner and dandruff-free. I don’t think I’ve seen even better results—such as baby hairs coming through—because I don’t use the products exactly as I should, nor as often as Froya recommends.

This is my third or fourth purchase and in previous bottles the shampoo was clear. This time, its milky white. Did the formula change?
This was my first order and I was highly impressed with customer service as my shampoo order had leaked much of the bottle during shipment. The shampoo is great. Makes my hair feel fuller with lots of body. Also love the leave-in spray, which smells wonderful. Too early to tell if there is any regrowth

I love the products and their customer's service. I didn't realise I opted for a subscription so my order renewed before I runned out of the products... I reached out to their team and everything got cancelled with no issues. Also, I really recommend their hair shampoo, sometimes organic shampoos rinse of the colour from your hair but this one doesn't have that effect. Highly recommend!
It really dried out my hair- it would be nice to have a Frøya conditioner to supplement.
