The shampoo and oil smell good but they haven't done anything for my shedding and i don't see any new hair growth. I won't be purchasing again.
The serum is not serum. It is 100% oil. Emailed the company to complain about this as I cannot use oils like this on my scalp and an AI answered. Said I had to use the "serum" for 60 days and submit photo evidence of it working/not working before they could issue a refund; never used it as it is oily and left my head and hairnfeeling greasy. The shampoo is fine. It works as well as Mielle Rosemary and Mint strengthening shampoo but is more expensive for less.

I like the shampoo. But I don’t like the serum. It’s an oily texture so I can only use it at night and then I have to wash my hair in the morning. It might be different for people with thick hair hair, but my hair is fine to medium thickness and it’s much too oily for me.

Im not crazy about the smell of the oil. After i washed my hair i added a very small amount. The shampoo doesnt smell very good either. The price is high for the amount of shampoo you get.

Had an issue with my subscription and since I had just started it, I couldn’t fix the problem myself because I guess I had to have another order go through before changing it. I emailed customer service and they helped me modify my subscription after a bit of going back and forth about it. The products are great, but the hair serum was just too oily for me and I didn’t want to have to pay for another order of it if I wasn’t going to use it. I love the shampoo though and the face products are amazing.

So far I'm enjoying the system. My only gripe is I feel like I need the scalp oil after using the shampoo because my scalp feels dry and gets flakey but the oil is too heavy and leaves my hair very greasy. Even using just a small amount. So I don't feel I can use the oil morning and night as recommended unless I wash every day which I don't do. Currently, I'm trying out leaving the oil on my scalp as a pre shampoo treatment. We will see how it works out!
